Beyond Sound
I’m also deeply passionate about outdoor activities, particularly rock climbing, trail running, and endurance sports. I believe these experiences strongly connect to my work in audio production. In the mountains, you learn to rely on teamwork, resilience, and mental focus, skills that are equally valuable when it comes to capturing the perfect sound on set or pushing through challenging audio post-production tasks.
My curiosity extends beyond sound. It has driven me to explore other aspects of production, and I’ve learned how to handle a camera and shoot footage. This skill has proven particularly useful in small crew situations, especially in documentary settings, where it’s not always possible to have a dedicated sound recordist. Being able to step in and contribute in multiple ways allows me to bring greater flexibility to these projects.
With time, I aspire to specialize further in outdoor-related projects, particularly in challenging terrains. Given my training and personal dedication to endurance sports, I feel well-equipped to manage the demands of these environments, bringing the same level of discipline and perseverance to both my outdoor pursuits and professional work.
